Undisclosed Location

I love WordPress and that’s why I switched over to it about 2 months ago!  Because my previous provider, which I’d been blogging with for 10 years, did not keep up with the times.  My entries weren’t pinged.  I couldn’t RSS feed, and uploading pictures was a bitch.  The only problem is that my start on WordPress has been rocky.  I don’t know why, and I don’t like it.  But I’m moving my site to an undisclosed location.  Like I said, “This blog is for my family.”  I don’t care about blogging disagreements.  I don’t care about conspiracies.  I don’t care for or about vindictive personalities.  I don’t care IF people have been lied to in the past, present, or future.  As I’ve stated all along, I wish to be left alone.  The only thing which concerns me is my family.  So those who may’ve enjoyed my short stay at this URL, will have to understand.  I had left some entries which explained all of this drama.  But I decided not to keep them up, anymore.  It’s disturbing that these bloggers harass.  They call it seeking the truth, but that’s just to justify their deeds.  But I have children to worry about.  And while these people get indignant when those being attacked voice concerns for their safety;  I look at it from the perspective that I can’t take chances when I have kids.  So, for my teens, I took the entries to private.   Read whatever one’s abusive mind wants to read into my decision, but it is clear that these people do not have other things, greater than themselves, to worry about.  And honestly, I hope they never do.  I’m not so sure all are fit to be parents.  Because they seem to have no concept that they’ve ruined a perfectly good blog (mine) which was intended for my family; in order to get at some guy who lives thousands of miles away from me.  Why?  Apparently the fact that we know one another is ‘proof’ that we’re the same online identity.  It’s ridiculous, and I don’t know how these people could not see that they’re harassing.  Because it’s one thing to say that, and quite another to write incessantly about it.  One states their case and fucking moves on.  But the obsessiveness is alarming.  Every single incoming link to this blog, is from these harassers.  All I get are people leaving comments on my blog, saying things like, “C.R.A.Z.Y., Fake, Liar, and Hi Steve.”  So don’t tell me that you’re not harassing!  What do you think is going to come to my blog when inflammatory entries are written?  Friendly people?

10 Year Bloggiversary

10 years ago, I was sitting with peroxide in my hair.  Some may remember that short, spiked, white hair was in style.  I was watching CNN, and a scandal aired.  I remember that I was pissed because I HAD to get in the shower.  I was glued to the television, but knew that I was in danger of burning my scalp, if I kept the dye in, any longer.  I tell you all of this because a Monica Lewinsky entry, was my first blogging, from a decade ago.  Happy Bloggiversary to me!

New Home

I’m making the transition over to WordPress.  I’ve been blogging since 1998, so I have about a 1,000 entries to transfer.  It’s going to take months to completely reupload entries.  I’m alright with that!  The downside is that I will lose all the comments I’ve accumulated.  But WordPress is a much better platform for me.

Monica Lewinsky

A blurb from the news:   Lewinsky scandal:   On American television, President Bill Clinton denies he had “sexual relations” with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky.   My view on this:   Dude, I know you’re from Arkansas, but I wouldn’t let her blow me!  Even if I were straight.  And what exactly does sexual relations mean?  That you didn’t stick it in her vagina, but you did stick it in her mouth?  Anyhow, I think America would be a lot more forgiving, if you came clean.
